Stripes and Prints

Excuse my "wasted" look. I had a pretty busy day.

Last week, I used my Zara gift card my college best friend, Antoi, gave me for Christmas. Here's a 'just-released' Peter Pan collared see-thru top that I swiped using the said card.

I super love it! I plan on pairing it with shorts next time.

But today, opted to pair it with a striped pencil cut skirt, with a green gartered band as accent (it's part of the skirt).

Love the "printed top and striped skirt combo". :)

Black "spaghetti strap" top from way back, Zara top,  Copper skirt

Adjusted the colors a bit so you can appreciate it more. I super love the printed top!

"Garterized" Charles and Keith shoes. Yup, I still have my orange polish on. :)

I Love Color Blocking!

This is a long overdue post, but I was able to get the pictures just today. :)

Last 20 December 2011, my company celebrated our Christmas Party at Ysabel's Garden in Las Pinas City. It was a super, duper fun night and seeing the pictures made me laugh so hard all over again.

Anyway, I loved my outfit that night. We asked everyone to come in formal attire. I was wearing a blue dress (once again by Copper (Note: They should already make me their model!)) and bloody red shoes that I bought from a stall at the Cuenca Bazaar. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the store! :( Necklace by Abby Jocson. Hair and Make Up by Ruben of Princess Carol in BF.

Check me out in the first picture. Yes, I am jumping out of the photo with my blue and red combo!

TEAM BRAINBEAM during our Christmas Party last year: (L - R) Our Admin Officer Tetet Ambulo, Administrative Director Manuel Lee, our Company Messenger Jeff Cabantog, "the fiance", Account Manager Mona Astete, Senior Account Executive Amanda Mandanas, our Bookkeeper Judith Rivo, Account Executive Don Espiritu and our Company Driver "Congressman" Obet Navasca

Cute-sy Patutsey

I love wearing dresses! This one in particular. Its vertical stripes help in improving my height issues. Hahaha!!! Plus, wearing 3-inch heels helps as well. :)

Girly girl dress by Springfield, Knotted belt from an alteration store in BF Homes that sells clothes

Charles and Keith shoes

Necklace from Mama's collection

Chunky ring, of course!

Rugged Friday

Excuse the blurry first photo, as my photographer is still getting the hang of things.

Here's my attempt at being a rockstar.

Pants by Topshop, Top from Copper

Shoes from Charles and Keith

Every women should have a slim black belt. It adds an 'umph' to any outfit.
I'm off to work!

Attack of the 50-foot Woman

Well, obviously, I am not 50-feet tall, but you get the picture. For someone barely making it to the 5-feet mark, this ensemble is one of my favorites because it makes me look taller.

And it makes heads turn too! And by that I mean other ladies, who are probably thinking, "Where did she get those pants! I want one!".

The flare of the pants is just SO fabulous. It's just the right length (actually had these cut a bit), plus it's so easy breezy on the skin. :) I love its light fabric.

Pants from Copper. Shoes from Pedro Woman (Yes, the same one from my previous post.)

Beautiful shade of blue too! Thanks to Topshop Petite. Silver studs are mine. Put my hair in a bun for added drama (and class).

Love this necklace that I bought from a stall in BF Ruins (again!)

I always have to wear my Charriol bracelet because it's my commitment band with Mac (who has one too). H&M pink-gold bracelets set was a gift from my friend, Borillo.

And of course, my chunky ring!

Rawr!

From The Closet 1

Here's my take on the whole "making the fru-fru skirt look casual" thing.

It's also the debut of our helper, Arlene, as my photographer. Hahaha!

Mango basic blue polo shirt, my white fru fru skirt from People are People, pearl necklace from Mama (I braided my own hair, FYI)

Marriot, my perfect 'little' dog

Shoes by Pedro Woman (bought these babies from Singapore)

I love my bracelets!

And no wardrobe of mine is complete without a chunky ring. Also loving my orange nail polish courtesy of "Get Polished" in BF Homes, Paranaque.

Belt Bags in a Non-Construction Site

I think I haven't mentioned that I own an events management company (www.brainbeamevents.com). During event implementations, I need to bring so many small items like my cellphones, pentel pens/pens/highlighters, a notepad, shades, alco-gel, cash and my credit cards. Bringing a mailman's bag is not practical. Too bulky and such a hassle. Same with a shoulder bag.

And so... meet my trusty BELT BAG. I bought one from Lacoste some six years ago. That's what I love about this brand. Its quality is unquestionable. It has a mesh back portion for your change, and an inside big enough to fit all of the items that I mentioned.

I bring it not just to my events, but to my travels. You should get one too! Frees both your hands for shopping! :)

Taken at the Palawan Underground River. Every woman should also have a sundress, paired with a chunky necklace (again). But this is a different post altogether. :)
